Blue Orange Games February Game Announcements

Blue Orange Games is going to release two new games soon:

R, The Original BraveRats

This is a reprint of the original 2012 Japanese version. It will feature the original packaging and art from Noboru Sugiura, a long-time collaborator of the game's designer, Seiji Kanai. Kanai has designed other small card games like Lost Legacy and Love Letter. In BraveRats both players have a hand of eight cards, numbered 0 to 7, with each card having a special power. Each player chooses a card and they reveal them simultaneously. The highest card wins and whoever wins four rounds first wins the game. This is a 2 player game for ages 8 and up, and plays in under 10 mins.  This has a projected February release date. Components:

Crab Stack

The object of this game is to immobilize your opponent's crabs. You do so by landing on them or washing them away by separating them from the group. Each crab moves a number of spaces according to their size but can only end their move on a piece their size or smaller. The player with the last crab able to crawl wins the game. This is a 2-4 player game for ages 8 and up, and plays in 15 minutes.  This has a projected March release date. Components:

• 36 crab tokens
