Over at the Table Gaming blog they are pointing out some of the key things to keep in mind when playing games especially if it is with someone who you would not describe as already an avid gamer. Unfortunately for most of us we are not surrounded by uber gamer types. So we need to behave if we wanted our friends and families to still tolerate us. This can be accomplished by abiding by the six rules they outline in the post.
Obviously there are probably more rules that we should follow than just six. But these seem to be a pretty good base. Though I am sure with enough rules lawyering these could be improved err made more palatable for the less patient in our bunch. Though a lack of patience does seem to be a key component in what they are trying to address.
