Recreate the last 12,000 years of human history that led to the modern age. Learn agriculture, build the Pyramids & invent gunpowder! Historia is a civilization game for 1-5 players. It's easy to learn and to play, and lasts about 25 minutes per player. Its central mechanic revolves around simultaneous action selection which reduces downtimes. The game ends once players have reached the Modern Era and the player with the most points is the winner. There is also a variant that adds A.I. for solo play. Historia will be available in multilanguage versions including: English, Italian, French, and German.

A set of action cards is available to help guide the players through their civilization. Each card has a powerful effect. Used action cards form a discard pile from which they will be drawn back into a player’s hand once the revolution card is played. Players have to determine the right moment to play an action card as well as the best order in which to play them. Advanced actions become available when the player's civilization advances in technology.
