Rococo Deluxe Coming to Kickstarter in 2020

Eagle-Gryphon games has announced that Rococo, a long out-of-print title, is coming to Kickstarter in the spring of 2020. The new, deluxe edition of the game will feature all new artwork and graphic design by Ian O'Toole.
Rococo, which was originally published in 2013, was designed by Matthias Cramer, Louis Malz, and Stefan Malz. This euro game played 2-5 players, ages 12 and up, in about 2 hours. In the game, the players are tailors, seamstresses, and dressmakers charged with preparing dresses and jackets for the people of the court to wear to the king's latest ball.
The game utilizes deck building and area control as its primary mechanisms. Each player begins with an identical deck that is comprised of master tailors, apprentices, and journeymen, each of whom can be replaced when the player chooses to pay for an upgraded version of these cards. The area control mechanic comes through as players place the newly dressed patricians into the multiple halls of the king's palace. They player will control the area if they have the most people in that particular hall.
Be on the lookout for this Kickstarter in 2020. Eagle-Gryphon will be making announcements about the game over the next 2-3 months and have started up a Facebook Launch event for those interested here.
