X-Wing is getting cosmetic upgrades to damage decks

Fantasy Flight Games has announced that they will be releasing faction-specific damage decks for Star Wars: X-Wing. These decks have the same in-game content as the standard damage decks in the core set, however the new releases have two cosmetic upgrades. First, there is a unique damage deck available for each of the game's seven factions. Each deck has a faction-specific cardback and faction-specific artwork illustrating where the ship has taken damage. For example, the damage cards for the Resistance show an X-Wing and the damage cards for the Galactic Empire show a TIE Interceptor. Second, all of the faction-specific damage decks are larger than the damage decks in the core set. They are FFG LCG size cards, instead of the mini cards in the core set.
