USAopoly announced a new game based on the forthcoming theatrical release of Marvel’s
Captain Marvel.
Captain Marvel: Secret Skrulls is a social deduction game where players take on the roles of the characters from the film, each with their own special powers. Incorporating the mechanics from Bang!, players will also have a hidden role as either an ally or as shapeshifting Skrull or a Skrull defector. While Captain Marvel is known by all, each other player will have to deduce who their allies are and attempt to defeat their opponents before being exposed. Colorful graphics on the cards and player boards are in keeping with the Marvel art style in the comics.
Captain Marvel: Secret Skrulls plays 4-7 players, ages 8 and up. Contents include 7 Alliance Cards: 1 Captain Marvel, 2 Ally, 3 Skrull, 1 Skrull Defector; 13 Character Identity Cards; 80 playing cards, 7 reference cards, 7 player cards including a double-sided card for captain Marvel, 46 health tokens, and rules.
