New deluxe expansion for Android: Netrunner announced

March 14, 2018 - 6:48am
Fantasy Flight Games have announced the release of the Reign and Reverie expansion, the new deluxe expansion for Android: Netrunner. It will be a 156-card expansion (three copies each of 49 new cards and 9 unique, single-copy cards), featuring new cards for all 10 factions and set in the new landscape of ChiLo, a megalopolis in the Midwest.

Fused through hard labor and organized crime, the Midwest metropolis of ChiLo teeters between dream and nightmare. As a megalopolis, ChiLo represents infinite opportunities for the souls wandering its streets. But they must always be careful who they cross. Nearly every district of the city is ruled by a different kingpin, each deciding on the laws and liberties provided to his or her loyal servants. [source]

Fantasy Flight Games are touting this as the perfect companion to the new, 2nd edition version of Android: Netrunner as it features cards for all 10 factions, a new console for every major runner faction, a new identity for all seven major factions, and a new agenda for every corp. One of the featured cards is DJ Fenris which allows runners to gain the text of a g-mod identity that does not match the identity of your runner. This single card opens up a range of new deck-building opportunities. For more card previews and additional information about the new deluxe expansion check the Fantasy Flight Games news release. No release date details have been mentioned.
