Yet More Pfister

Capstone Games has announced a big box expansion for its acclaimed game Maracaibo, Maracaibo: The Uprising.  This expansion is designed by the original designer, Alexander Pfister, and the artwork is supplied by Fiore GmbH, Aline Kirrmann, and Odysseas Stamoglou.  The expansion is for 1-4 players, ages 12 and up, and plays in 40-160 minutes.

Maracaibo: The Uprising is all about fighting against the European nations.  Trouble is brewing in the Caribbean and the introduction of 5 modules and scenarios have the players pushing the Europeans from their shores.  Cooperative mode is introduced in this expansion as well as another rival, Jacques, for the solo mode.  Other new elements include asymmetrical player powers, optional stories and legacy tiles as well as project cards.
