The Rise of The Batman Who Laughs

The OP (aka USAOpoly) has announced the latest title in its brand of “Rising” games, The Batman Who Laughs Rising.  The game is designed by Patrick Marino and Andrew Wolf.  It plays 1-4 players, ages 15 and up, and in 60-90 minutes.

The dark side of Batman, the super-villain side, comes out in The Batman Who Laughs Rising.  According to the Op, this is the “darkest addition” to their brand of “Rising” games.  The hybrid that is the Joker and Batman inhabits this game.  The players, as the DC Super Heroes, must work together in order to defeat this abomination and his minions.  The game shares mechanics with other games in the “Rising” line, but there are key differences as well, not the least of which is a unique story arc introduced in this version of the game.
