A Race to Stop The Hunger

Renegade Game Studios has announced a new game by famed designer Richard Garfield, The Hunger.  The artwork for the game is by Marta Ivanova and Jocelyn Millet.  The Hunger plays 2-6 players, ages 12 and up, in about an hour.

The Hunger is a deckbuilding race game in which the players are vampires tracking down humans, racking up victory points as they do so, fulfilling secret missions, acquiring a special rose, and then making their way back to the castle before sunrise.  The more that the players hunt, the thicker their decks become, and the slower they move making it harder to get back to the castle.

Renegade is taking pre-orders for The Hunger on their website here. If you pre-order the game, Renegade is giving its customers free promos for it. The rulebook for the game is also posted on the website for those interested in giving it a read.  The Hunger is expected to be released in the fall 2021.
