In Quest, Whose Side Are You On?
Quest, a new social deduction game by Don Eskridge, the same designer behind both The Resistance and Avalon, has been launched on Kickstarter by Indie Game Studios. Quest plays with as few as 4 players, but as many as 10! The game plays in about 30 minutes.
In Quest, the players are either for or against King Arthur, who hurriedly puts together some quests so that he can tip the balance of the kingdom's fate back in his favor. Those on Arthur's side use magic spells and amulets to root out the traitors.
There are stretch goals a-plenty in this fully-funded campaign, as well as pledge levels that include a deluxe edition of Avalon. There are video reviews of both games available on the Kickstarter page for those interested. For further information, be sure and check here. The campaign has about 2 weeks to go and is expected to deliver in January 2021.
