Pearl Games announces real time civ builder Time of Empires

Pearl Games is known for some very impressive mid-weight euro titles, such as Troyes, Ginkgopolis, and Black Angel. And the publisher's newly announced title is Time of Empires coming from designers David Simiand and Pierre Voye.

Time of Empires is a real time civilization building game, where players guide their people through Antiquity, the Middle Ages, and into Modernity, with each age lasting exactly 9 minutes. Game play involves using two 30-second sand timers to activate actions - build wonders, inspire leaders, expand cities, discover new tech, and fight wars.
