Peachstate Hobby Distribution buys UK-based Bliss Distribution

Peachstate Hobby Distribution, a Florida-based hobby distribution company, has finalized the purchase of Bliss Distribution, a UK-based hobby distribution company. Bliss has now become part of PHD Group which is a global distribution group for Sports & Entertainment cards, collectable card games, board games, miniatures, and other hobby-related supplies.
PHD has six locations in the United States: Florida, New Jersey, Texas, Georgia, California, and Illinois. In addition to its UK location via Bliss, PHD also has locations in Hong Kong and Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Bliss will continue to operate under its current name but will add the tagline “Powered by PHD” as part of its logo.
