One [Elden] Ring to rule your wallet coming to Kickstarter

Publisher Steamforged Games Ltd is known for developing and publishing highly thematic board games such as Bardsung, and games based on video game I.P.s such as Devil May Cry, Monster Hunter World, and Horizon Zero Dawn. In 2017, Steamforged Games partnered with Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc to release a board game and card game verion of their popular title Dark Souls. And now the two companies have teamed up again to bring Bandai Namco's blockbuster Elden Ring to tabletop on Kickstarter.

In Elden Ring, 1-4 “Tarnished” players will be immersed in the forsaken Lands Between. Explore the world of decaying grandeur that will unfold as you move about and visit iconic locations to interact with familiar friends and hated enemies. The combat in the game will be handled through an “intelligent dice-free system” that will require players to adapt their combat strategies during each encounter.

As of this writing, the date that Elden Ring goes live has not been announced but you can sign up for a project launch notification on the Kickstarter project page.
