A New Campaign for The Lord of the Rings: Journeys in Middle-Earth

Fantasy Flight Games recently announced a new campaign for its highly-regarded game, The Lord of the Rings: Journeys in Middle-Earth.  The new campaign, The Haunting of Dale, is comprised of two parts: a downloadable campaign for The Haunting of Dale and the Dwellers in Darkness figure pack.  The downloadable game requires both the core set from the original game and the Shadowed Paths expansion in order to play it.

In the Haunting of Dale campaign, the players will find thirteen new adventures to play, this time set in the kingdom of Dale.  King Bain, the ruler of Dale, needs the players' help to convince the region's council of the validity of the rumors swirling around the land about a ghost who is now casting dark influence over the land.  There are a number of rumors regarding this shade and it is up to the players to determine which to investigate further and which to disregard.  This allows for a branching storyline that the players can enjoy.
