Go on The Hunt with Salt and Pepper Games

The Hunt is a 2 player asymmetric card game from publisher Salt and Pepper Games. The title is designed by Matthias Cramer (known for Watergate, Rococo, and Glen More) and Engin Kunter. Players take sides as the British Navy or German Kriegsmarine, as they duel for supremacy through card-driven hidden movement mechanisms, where deck knowledge is decisive. The Hunt features beautiful art from Albert Monteys (known for LUNA Capital, Resist!, and Gretchinz!) and is intended for players aged 10+ while playing in 25-45 minutes.

Each player has their own deck of cards, and the German side must stay hidden from the British while trying to sink 5 cargo ships. The British, with numerical superiority, hunt down the Admiral Graf Spee (a German cruiser) to confront them in a final naval battle where the side with the least damage wins.

The Hunt is scheduled to release in Q2 of 2023.
