An Equinox is on the Horizon

Plan B Games has announced a new Reiner Knizia title, Equinox.  Equinox is a rethemed edition of the previously released Colossal Arena, but with new art, new characters, and revised gameplay.  The artwork for the game is provided by Chris Quilliams.  Players can even choose a favorite cover, either Purple or Green, although the contents of the boxes are the same.  The game plays 2-5 players, ages 8 and up, in 45-60 minutes.

In Equinox, players use bluffing to outwit their opponents as they try and ensure that their creatures are the ones written in a legendary storybook.  There is only room for 4 more stories, as not every story gets to be recorded.  A satisfying betting mechanism is at the heart of this game.
