Devious Weasel Games wants you to play in the muck with the Cosmic Frog: Find Muck expansion
In 2020, publisher Devious Weasel Games released Cosmic Frog by designer/artist Jim Felli, along with additional artists Tim Barton, Chad Hoverter, Tani Pettit, and Naomi Robinson. In Cosmic Frog, each player is a two-mile high, immortal frog-like creature whose job it is to gather terrain shards from the shattered world of Aeth. You gather this terrain by storing it in your gullet and once your gullet is full you need to leap into the Aether and disgorge its contents into your inter-dimensional vault.
On the Devious Weasel Games Twitter page, Jim Felli left a teaser image for an upcoming expansion, Cosmic Frog: Find Muck. This expansion adds a new way to attack your opponents with mental combat, a new land type - “muck lands” which act as wildcards and provide choices to be made in the Outer Dimensions, and a chip system used for combat, raiding, and returning to Dimension Zero.
Cosmic Frog: Find Muck is scheduled to be released at GenCon 2023 with the game entering regular distribution channels a week or two later. It will also be available for pre-order on the Devious Weasel Games website once the container ship carrying the games has left the Chinese ports.
