May 25, 2020 - 3:15pm

Rio Grande Games has announced three titles that are coming soon to their games lineup:

- Nevada City, which is a worker placement game set in the Old West.  The game was designed by Alan Ernstein with artwork provided by Claus Stephan and Antje Stephan.  The game is for 2-4 players, ages 14 and up, and plays in about 2 hours.  In Nevada City, the players, who represent the city's founding fathers, must overcome the challenges that come their way in order to make their city the most prosperous.  If you are interested in finding out more about this game, take a look at the Rio Grande Games website here;

- Trans-Siberian Railroad, a reprint of the 2015 Winsome Games offering, which is designed by Tom Russell with artwork supplied by Todd Sanders.  The game plays 3-5 players in about 45-90 minutes.  The players are investors, buying up stock in the companies who are in charge of building the railway across Russia from Moscow to Vladivostok. If this train game interests you, be sure and check out its page on the Rio Grande Games website here; and finally,

- Blue Skies, a fast-paced economic game designed by Joseph Huber of Caravan fame with Todd Sanders providing the artwork.  The game plays 2-5 players, ages 14 and up, in 30-60 minutes.  The game is set in 1979 as the United States government deregulates the airline industry.  Players are in control of their own fledgling airline companies, trying to make more profit than the other companies in order to win the game.  More information about this game can be found here.

None of the games has a firm release date as of yet, although all are expected in 2020.
