November 16, 2021 - 9:47pm

Klaus Teuber is releasing a memoir, My Journey to Catan, in a luxury, hardcover slipcase book published by Aconyte. This will be the first time he tells the complete story of the origin of The Settlers of Catan (now sold as CATAN), his most popular board game, in an English format. He starts the tale as a young man, describes his journey from amateur board game inventor, his first successes, all the way up to his revolutionary release in 1995.

The memoir is full of insights and background knowledge and contains both real and board game history. The book contains photographs from across the year. The print run is limited to 1000 numbered copies, each individually signed by Klaus Teuber and will only be sold by Asmodee North America and the CATAN shop starting December 3rd, 2021.
