Bring Disney's Space Mountain to your table

October 2, 2022 - 1:17pm

Another Disney attraction, Space Mountain, is being reimagined as a board game, after Big Thunder Mountain, The Haunted Mansion, and the Jungle Cruise all saw similar treatment. Disney Space Mountain Game: All Systems Go is being published by Ravensburger, is designed by Chris Leder and Kevin Rodgers (who both also worked on the Unmatched series), and features art by Jake Breish. This fast-flying board game adventure is for 2-4 players, aged 8+, and plays in 20-40 minutes.

Players are flying spaceships as they try to visit 5 Starports and complete their missions, with the winner being the first to do so. Each turn players will refuel their ships or navigate on the map. There is a toy factor in using the Dice Launcher which doubles as a dice tower as players roll their navigation dice. There’s a balance to be struck between refueling and navigating to avoid losing mission progress.

Disney Space Mountain Game: All Systems Go is scheduled to release in October 2022.
