Ares Partners with Ergo Ludo Editions

Ergo Ludo Editions, an Italian publisher, has entered into an agreement with Ares Games to allow the latter to publish and distribute its games.  The first of these games has already been announced: Ensemble, a cooperative party game, which is coming in Q4 2021.

Ensemble is designed by Luigi Ferrini and and Daniele Ursini.  Daniela Giubellini is providing the artwork for the game, which plays 2-10 in about 15-30 minutes.  The game is a limited communication one with players voting to see how many matched the challenge card that was previously revealed.

The next game from Ergo Ludo Edition’s catalog that Ares will be releasing is Cangaceiros, a "euro-thematic" game, which will be coming from them in the Winter of 2021/2022.

The excitement on both sides of this partnership is palpable.  Roberto Di Meglio, Director of R&D of Ares Games says that, “Ergo Ludo Editions’ games bring a fresh perspective to our catalog.”  From the Ergo Ludo Editions side, Alessandro Lanzuisi, CEO of Ergo Ludo Editions states that “Thanks to Ares Games, our games will be introduced to the English language boardgame market with the best possible care.”
