Alice Needs Your Help!
Epic Scale Games and game designer Robb De Nicola are pleased to announce the Kickstarter campaign for Robb’s latest game, Automated Alice. The game is based on the novel of the same name written by Jeff Noon. The artwork for the game is provided by Jared Sanford. The game plays 1-4 players, ages 8 and up, in about 25-45 minutes, depending on player count.
Automated Alice is a fully cooperative game in which the players are trying to clear Alice’s name as she is the prime suspect in a murder. The players will uncover clues by placing dice on different clue cards in order to collect them - and their special abilities. Players have help from their friends, including Alice’s automated twin Celia, but must be on the lookout for Mrs Minus and her civil serpents who are trying to prove Alice’s guilt, not her innocence.
The Kickstarter campaign page includes video on how the game plays as wells as details on stretch goals. There are about 3 weeks left in the campaign. If you are interested, be sure and check the campaign page for the game here. The game is expected to deliver in September 2021.
