Zen Bins is trying to make a name for itself in molded plastic insert market and so they continue to work and expand their line, and now they have launched their Kickstarter for card holders.  These card holders are specially designed to hold your cards, make it easy to draw them, and even to pick up the entire deck out of the holder.  They have two sizes currently, one for standard card/american board game card size, and one for mini american card size.  The standard card size holder can hold 80 unsleeved cards, or half that number sleeved, and the mini holder can do 50 unsleeved or 25 sleeved.  Each holder also comes with a lid for easy storage and transport, and the lid is designed so that is can be flipped over and used as a discard pile holder.  The holders themselves are also stackable so you can save space stacking up several of them and use only one lid.

Pledge levels for this come in bundles, so you can get a bundle of 8 standard or 16 mini for $15 plus shipping.  There are also master pledges that get you more than double (18 and 36) for only double the price, $30.  To find out more information and to pledge for your own sets, check out the Kickstarter today.

Zen Bins has made a name for itself as an inexpensive and yet effective storage solution for collectible dice games like Dice Masters and the newly released Destiny.  Both have a need to be able to not only store some cards, but also a good number of dice to field with those cards. In Destiny’s case, tokens as well.  So Zen Bins is Kickstarting an update to their previous system with spots for tokens to be stored along with the cards and dice.  An interesting add-on that they have to offer this time around is the blinder, this allows you to keep your dice hidden so that they aren’t visible to your opponent until the game starts.

Having used their previous model to store my Dice Masters I can say that they are very good quality for the money and do exactly what they set out to do.  So Destiny players should check out their Kickstarter page and pledge for a set.

Looking for a storage solution for all of your Dice Masters and Quarrior sets, then look no further – Zen Bins is here to solve your problem! Zen Bins is a plastic storage solution that is composed of stackable trays – each holding 50 die and a couple dozen cards each (sleeved even!) They come in multiple colors and, as pictured above, Zen Bins is working to develop a carrying case so that you can transport them. The case is designed to hold several dozen trays AND hold your play mats.

Their newest iteration is smoke-colored of a great quality plastic. Both durable and sleek. They even offer lids and base trays to hold all your assistant and dice bags.

Head on over to Kickstarter here to pick yours up during the last day of their campaign!

There’s a Kickstarter going on to raise money to fund a project to create some really exciting storage trays for dice and card games; specifically tailored towards the popular Dice Masters and Quarriors series. Zen Bins has already raised more than enough money to fund the project so there should be no worries as to it funding. For a very minimal cost, you can get in on the campaign and receive enough trays to hold a hundred dice and quite a few cards.

This core set comes to a Total of holding 100 collectible dice and approximately 160 unsleeved cards (80 Standard Card Game Size Sleeved).  The top layer serves as the lid but you can keep stacking and it turns into a bin as well. **This makes it so 2 sets (6 bins) will increase your storage capacity to hold 250 dice and 400 unsleeved (200 sleeved cards**

  • 3 Bins– 100 Dice + 160 Unsleeved Cards (80 Sleeved)
  • 6 Bins – 250 Dice + 400 Unsleeved Cards (200 Sleeved)
  • 9 Bins – 400 Dice + 640 Unsleeved Cards (320 Sleeved)
  • 12 Bins – 550 Dice + 880 Unsleeved Cards (440 Sleeved)
  • 15 Bins – 700 Dice + 1120 Unsleeved Cards (560 Sleeved)
  • 18 Bins – 850 Dice + 1360 Unsleeved Cards (680 Sleeved)
  • 21 Bins – 1,000 Dice + 1600 Unsleeved Cards (800 Sleeved)

What I find particularly exciting is how the trays hold sleeved cards and more than enough space to hold die to accommodate collecting enthusiasts who like to store multiple copies of their die sets. As many are aware, most DM sets allow for a maximum of 4-5 copies of a die per player per card. These trays hold are designed specifically with this in mind with plenty of room to grow. Not only that, but they’re stack-able and lock. The picture at the very top of the article shows a the stack I have displayed out above all locked tight. Having many kids in my family, this is a wonderful solution as they won’t easily tip or fall!

I strongly suggest visiting their Kickstarter campaign here. There’s quite a few stretch goals and some really cool designs to be released as part of the series in the future. You can’t go wrong, as the campaign has already funded. This clever and innovative storage solution for DM and Quarriors is going to satisfy your desires for tucking these games away!!
