In case you were wondering, no, this is not some spin-off to the Legendary card game, this is a cool new way to roll dice. Legendary Dice Throwers do exactly as the name implies, throws dice to roll them. There are three different styles you can choose from that chuck the dice in a different way, and they are a catapult, a crossbow, and a hammer. The catapult and the crossbow are both actuated by rubber bands and the hammer just uses good old gravity to throw the dice.
Operation is easy as you load up the hopper with your dice, and then you will send them flying. Thankfully they include a castle tray that you can hook the throwers on to, that way you can coral your thrown dice instead of them going everywhere. On the videos they provide the actions look smooth and the designs on the throwers and tray look awesome. Head on over to the Kickstarter page to get your very own Legendary Dice Thrower, and make all your dice tower using friends jealous.
Are you having trouble with your dice going everywhere when you roll them? Have dice trays failed to keep your rolls contained and off the floor? Then worry no more as pop-o-matic technology has been brought into the modern age to produce The Personal Object for Producing Rolls (POPR for short). With this you will be able to roll you dice with just a simple push of your finger. Plus, with the dice contained inside their domes, you no longer have to worry about your dice getting away from you. They even improved on the design by adding the ability to change out the dice inside the dome so you can roll anything from a d4 to a d100 with the POPR.
Pledges range from a single dome to a full 7 dome board for use in any game that you could think of to roll dice in (and that fit in the domes). Go to the kickstarter page HERE for even more information and to pledge. The campaign ends May 1st.

Bears!: Trail Mix’d
Fireside Games’ dice roller, Bears!, is a fast-paced game in which players pair dice to avoid bears that are attacking their camp. The game will now receive an expansion, Trail Mix’d, which will give players 6 new rules for the original game, as well as a die that is rolled before each round, changing up the rules that affect pairing and scoring for even more versatility and unexpected results.
Bears! is a game for 2 or more players ages 7 and up, and plays in 20 minutes. Bears!: Trail Mix’d will be available in June of 2015.
The Village Crone
Finally, Fireside Games announces a brand new game, The Village Crone, where each player takes on the role of a witch in the medieval village of Wickersby. Each player will vie for the venerable title of the Village Crone using worker placement and resource management to gather ingredients and cast spells on the villagers. Players will achieve goals and score victory points by making the villagers fall in love, turning them into frogs, or teleporting them. The game will also feature a solo play option.
The Village Crone is for 1-6 players ages 13 and up and plays in about 90 minutes. It is scheduled for release in the fall of 2015.
