From Asmodee Games:

In the South Pacific, the mysterious Dr. Shark is holding a cocktail party on his private island. He is suspected of being the mastermind behind a secret criminal organization. You are an undercover agent, and you just received this encrypted message:

“Cocktail party hosted by Dr. Shark… Possible important evidence hidden in pool… Join party and find evidence… Beware sharks… Receive invitation by mail… IN CASE OF FAILURE, WE DON’T KNOW YOU.”

Your nation’s intelligence service is sending you to the party, to mingle with the other guests. Your mission, should you choose to accept it (and really, even if you don’t) is to dive into the shark pool to retrieve hidden evidence of crimes committed by the infamous Dr. Shark.

You will have thirty seconds to feel through the diving pieces (puzzle pieces), fumbling in the dark at the bottom of the pool (or in this case, a really dark bag), making the most of your sense of touch. Then bring the evidence to the surface and build a case against the nefarious Doctor. The agent who earns the most points of evidence will put Dr. Shark behind bars, and declare his Mission Accomplished.

Tools of the Perfect Secret Agent

Every Reason to Take the Bait

In order to create a game that stands out both in terms of game play and visuals, Hurrican enlisted the aid of Charlie Adams, a renowned artist in the field of graphic design. This is, however, his first foray into gaming.

Something for Everyone

Dr. Shark has plenty of reasons to bring everyone together. As a family game, kids as young as seven years old will enjoy it along with adults as they use ingenuity, clever play and especially the sense of touch to unearth evidence against Dr. Shark. This original and exciting aspect of game play is rarely seen in family games, and makes Dr. Shark a memorable and engaging game for all ages.

And for families who work together, Dr. Shark can be played either individually or in teams, offering opportunities to play in groups and keep the fun light-hearted and cooperative.

Dr. Shark is an exciting game to bring together the whole family. We know, we tested it with a whole bunch of families, just so we could promise that you’ll have fun.
